We are located at 5359 River Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, at the intersection of River Road and Eastwood Crescent

The access to our parking lot is on Eastwood Crescent.

Our primary entrance is marked by a prominent  Red door, just beside the parking lot, located behind the building

Modes of payment in our hotel reservations are credit card, debit card or cash

Upon your booking a deposit is taken to secure your reservation and the remaining balance is due upon check-in

The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival

We provide complimentary parking for the duration of your stay

Complimentary cooked to order breakfast is included with your stay along with fresh baked pastries, plentiful of fruit and an assortment of teas and coffee

Wi-Fi for high speed internet access are provided in each room

Regular Check-in time:    3:00PM

Regular Check-out time:    11:00AM

We offer the convenience of early check-ins if your room is ready, and our friendly staff is more than happy to provide luggage storage if you arrive before your check-in time.

There is a late check-out at noon. If you wish to leave later please inform front desk

In addition to a variety of carefully selected amenities such as bodywash, shampoo, lotion, toothpick, Q-tips and etc. 

We do offer toothbrushes, slippers, irons with ironing boards, ice buckets, and more on a need basis. Simply reach out to our front desk, and we'll be delighted to provide these items 

We welcome registered service animals to ensure comfort and accessibility for all our guests.  

While we appreciate your love for pets, we regret that we are not able to accommodate other pets in our establishment due to health and safety

Smoking and vaping is prohibited.  We advise our guests to use our designated smoking area which is located by our parking lot

The amenities in the room and dining area are complimentary additional fees are added for our service packages.
